Wholesale Purchasing

MINIMUM ORDERS AND SHIPPING:

We do not have a minimum order level. However, orders totaling $60 or more will be shipped to you at no charge. Most orders will be shipped via USPS.
A shipping charge of $4.00 will be added to first orders under $60 through. Orders under $60 for shops with Net 30 accounts will be charged the actual amount of shipping.

TERMS:

ALL first orders must be prepaid, including $4.00 for shipping for orders under $60. See the Minimum Orders and Shipping section above. We currently accept business checks and money orders.
Subsequent orders are Net 30 days from the date of invoice subject to credit approval. The CREDIT REFERENCES section of the CUSTOMER INFORMATION form must be completed in order to expedite credit approval.

ORDERING OPTIONS:

Orders may be placed by mail using the order form. Please feel free to print and photocopy the order form for your use.
Orders may be placed by phone at (850) 835-4654. Please leave a message if we are unable to take your call. You must have credit approval prior to placing a phone order. Phone orders will be confirmed via a return call from A Stitch and a Prayer.
Orders may be placed via e-mail to wholesale@astitchandaprayer.com. You must have credit approval prior to placing an e-mail order. E-mail orders will be confirmed via e-mail from A Stitch and a Prayer.
Every attempt will be made to ship orders within 48 hours of order confirmation.

AUTOMATIC ORDER PROGRAM:

Participants must have approved credit with A Stitch and a Prayer.
Participants must complete and submit an AUTOMATIC ORDER PROGRAM REGISTRATION FORM.
A Stitch and a Prayer will provide Advance Notification of a pending Automatic Order Shipment at least 30 days prior to the anticipated shipment date.
Participants may cancel participation by submitting a written request for cancellation, either via USPS mail or via e-mail. Because the quantity of each new release produced is based partially on quantities needed to fill Automatic Orders, if A Stitch and a Prayer has sent Advance Notification of an upcoming Automatic Order Shipment, the cancellation will not be made until the next Automatic Order Shipment is scheduled.
