Sales Tax
Sales tax will be collected for orders shipped within the state of Florida. Sales tax will be calculated based on the current sales tax rate for Walton County, Florida. Sales tax will be added during PayPal checkout.

 

Shipping
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products anywhere in the United States using the United States Postal Service.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 days of receiving payment. Custom orders will take longer.

 

Refunds and Exchanges
Needlework patterns are NOT RETURNABLE.

Every attempt has been made to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of each item offered for sale. Even so, an item may not perfectly meet your expectations. If you are not delighted with your purchase, I will be happy to accommodate a return.

Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your purchase if a refund is in order. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

Refunds must be pre-approved by contacting me by e-mail. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in excellent condition within 10 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Upon receipt of the returned item, you will be credited for the purchase cost minus the original shipping cost. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Custom Design Policies
Custom designs are welcomed and encouraged! Contact me via e-mail, describing in detail the custom piece you desire. I will respond as quickly as possible for clarification if needed, timeline and estimated cost.

After reaching agreement on the design a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost will be required. Upon receipt of the deposit, I will create the item and then send you a photograph or scan for your final approval.

Your response, either approval or modification request, must be received within two (2) days. If the item is approved, final payment is due within one (1) day. Your custom piece will be shipped upon receipt of the final payment.

Depending on the extent of the modifications requested, additional time will be required. I will send a scan or photograph of the modified piece when the changes have been made. Your final approval must be received within two (2) days. Final payment is due within one (1) day of receiving your final approval.

The first modification request is included in the original cost. However, additional modifications will incur additional expense and will be discussed with the customer prior to the modifications being made.

Custom designs may not be returned!
